A new walking trail is coming to Tunica

TUNICA COUNTY, Miss. (WMC) - A new walking trial is coming to Tunica County, Mississippi.

Residents and visitors alike will have a new place to walk in the near future.

The Tunica County Board of Supervisors has partnered with MDOT to create the Tunica Walking Trail Project, which is being funded by a federal transportation grant and community partners.

The trail will be located at the north pond at the Tunica Arena & Expo Center and Tunica Museum.

It will include a sidewalk, benches, and a pier, as well as spaces for outdoor recreation.
