Sports Illustrated resort to open in Nashville

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) - A Sports Illustrated resort will soon be opening in Nashville.

Travel + Leisure Co. said the resort is set to welcome its first members and guests in Spring 2026 and will be located on Music Row.

The resort will function as a vacation ownership property, offering a selection of the following suites:

• Studios
• One-bedrooms
• Two-bedroom 

Travel + Leisure Co. said each suite will have a full kitchen and an in-unit laundry.

Amenities will include an outdoor pool, a quick-service dining venue an exclusive lounge for members and a signature fitness center.
