Local cookie shop honors Young Dolph with custom-made cookies

MEMPHIS, Tenn. (WMC) - The late Memphis rapper, Young Dolph, would have turned 40 years old today, and a cookie shop in downtown Memphis honored him Saturday.
Makeda’s Cookies in downtown passed out dolphin-shaped cookies to celebrate the rapper’s birthday.
Young Dolph was shot at Makeda’s Homemade Cookies on Airways Boulevard back in November 2021.
One close to the rapper said he liked to visit Makeda’s every time he visited Memphis.
Hernandez Govan, the man accused of being the organizer of Young Dolph’s death, is set to go on trial on August 18th
