The man allegedly responsible for shooting tow truck driver in Horn Lake turns himself in

HORN LAKE, Miss. (WMC) - The man responsible for an alleged shooting of a tow truck driver earlier this week has turned himself in to the Horn Lake Police Department.

Colbert, 26, who hails from Memphis, was taken into custody on his outstanding warrant.

According to Horn Lake Police, Colbert got into an argument with a tow truck driver for All Star Recovery who had attempted to repossess a vehicle on the lot before Colbert shot him.

The shooting took place on June 8, at approximately 4:45 p.m. in a parking lot on Interstate Blvd.
