1 driver dead, another injured after crash in Oxford, police say

MEMPHIS, Tenn. (WMC) -The Oxford Police Department is investigating a two-vehicle accident that left one driver dead.

On October 29, around 6:09 p.m., Oxford Police Department officers responded to a two-vehicle accident in the southbound lane of Highway 7 near the Highway 30 bridge.

The collision involved a pickup truck and a UTV.

According to the Oxford Police Department, the driver of the UTV was pronounced dead on the scene; the driver of the pickup truck sustained minor injuries and was treated on the scene.
