MEMPHIS, TN (WMC) - Memphis police have arrested two more people in connection to riding ATVs on public roads in Downtown Memphis.

On Sunday night, police arrested 28-year-old George Joy for vandalism, evading arrest, reckless driving, and possession of marijuana.
