MEMPHIS, TN (WMC) - Memphis police have arrested two more people in connection to riding ATVs on public roads in Downtown Memphis.

Precious Ballentine, 22, and Angelica Deener, 27, are charged with reckless driving, violation of vehicle registration law, and disorderly conduct.

Police say Ballentine was spotted riding an ATV on Danny Thomas.

Deener was blocking officers from conducting traffic stops at B.B. King and Beale Alley.

According to the DMV, all-terrain vehicles are not allowed to be ridden on public roads and highways.

On Sunday night, police arrested 28-year-old George Joy for vandalism, evading arrest, reckless driving, and possession of marijuana.

Now, extra police officers will patrol the area of Tom Lee Park after ATVs were driven on public roads.
