MEMPHIS, TN (WMC) - A cold front will finally move south of our area tonight and cooler air will funnel in behind it. Afternoon temperatures on Tuesday will climb into the lower 60s, but lows will be in the 40s for the first time since the first of the month.

High temperatures on Wednesday will be in the mid 50s, which means we will have temperatures at least 10 degrees below average. Lows on Wednesday evening will spiral into the upper 30s and lower 40s.

These cool conditions will stick around through the end of the week with temperatures still struggling to break the 60 degree mark on Thursday and Friday. However, we will start warming back up to the mid 60s by the weekend.
