Man shot, killed after entering man's home; no charges filed

MEMPHIS, TN (WMC) - Memphis police are investigating a homicide after a man was shot and killed.
Police arrived at a home on Letrec Cove Sunday morning where they found an man dead. He had been shot.
Police said the shooting victim entered another man's home with a gun. The homeowner then got a gun of his own and shot the other man. Police believe the two knew each other.
The shooter was taken into custody, but was later released without any charged being filed.
