DA Amy Weirich elected VP of national association

MEMPHIS, TN (WMC) - District Attorney General Amy Weirich was elected Vice President of the National District Attorneys Association (NDAA) Board July 17.
Weirich services as the District Attorney General of the 30th Judicial District serving Shelby County.
The election was held during the group's 2016 Summer Board Meeting in Boston, MA.
Weirich was accompanied by other members of the Tennessee delegation that included NDAA State Director Russell Johnson, TNDAGC Past President Kim Helper, NDAA Legislative Committee member and TNDAGC Vice President Mike Dunavant, and NDAA Past President John Gill.
The group also represented Tennessee at the NDAA National Summit on Victims Rights training and the National Best Practices meeting of the Prosecutors Center for Excellence.
