Police search for man who assaulted, killed man at gas station

MEMPHIS, TN (WMC) - Police are searching for a man accused of an attack that led to another man's death.
On December 7, 2015 at about 12:30 p.m., police found 58-year-old Laurence Lippman with a head injury at Marathon Gas Station in the 2300 block of Lamar Avenue.
The victim told police he was attacked by an unknown man. He hit his head on the ground during the assault.
The victim was taken to the hospital in non-critical condition.
Lippman was hospitalized for his injuries and later died. The cause of his death was ruled a homicide.
Police released images of the suspect from video surveillance.
