MEMPHIS, TN (WMC) - A Facebook video shows what appears to be a large fight inside the Oak Court Mall.

The video has many upset and calling for help to keep the peace in Memphis.

In the video, you can see men and women of all ages being thrown around a store, grabbing each other, pulling hair and punching each other repeatedly while other shoppers witness the chaos.

At one point, a security guard intervenes but the fighting did not stop.

People who watched the video were upset.

"I don't want to go to the mall, especially one guy was flashing cash," said Charles James. "Where did he get that cash from?"

"It was pitiful," said Daniel Scott. "It was downright terrible for children to be in the mall acting this silly, acting this ruthless."

Residents said a security increase is not what they need; they need society to stop with the violence.

"The younger generations do have a destructive behaviors which is caused by not doing anything," James said. "I don't understand it. I really don't. The younger generation needs to get control of themselves."

MPD said one woman was arrested at the mall Sunday but they did not have any details about the fight.
