Man charged with murder for October shooting

MEMPHIS, TN (WMC) - A man has been charged with first degree murder following a shooting on October 11.
At 6:15 p.m. on Sunday, October 11, officers found a man suffering from multiple gunshot wounds in the 4100 block of E. Wind Drive. The victim was taken to the hospital and later pronounced dead.
Memphis Police identified the victim as 22-year-old Akeem Wilkins.
After investigating, homicide investigators identified 20-year-old Curtrell Chatman as the suspect. He is charged with first degree murder and domestic assault.
