MEMPHIS, TN (WMC) - "She was always bubbly and smiling. I never saw her get into it with anybody," Ashley Jones, friend of murder victim Jacklyn Miller, said.

Miller was found in the trunk of her car dead at the Willow Creek Apartments a week after she was reported missing in 2010. But, the family said it is something else that has been stolen that adds to their pain.

In 2013, Miller's father was robbed at gunpoint in the area of Pendleton. Three gunmen took his house key, cell phone, wallet with $130 in it, and something that can never be replaced....Miller's bracelet.

It was the bracelet he kept in his wallet that belonged to his murdered daughter.

"That's real sad because the only thing he had left of her to remember her by," Rosemary Edwards said.

One man, Rodriquez Henley, was recently convicted of aggravated robbery in the crime, but his two accomplices have not been captured or identified. Additionally, the bracelet has never been recovered.

"I think they should give it back. I really do," Edwards said.

Miller was 21 years old and went by the nickname "Pinky".

Miller's father did not want to talk about the robbery because he is afraid the two other gunmen might come back. He said they threatened to kill him.

Henley is scheduled to be sentenced in January.

As for her murder, Miller's boyfriend Richard Dickerson was convicted of second degree murder in her death. He said he accidentally choked her during an argument.
