MEMPHIS, TN (WMC) - After serving his five-day jail sentence, Joe Brown walked out of jail.
The former judge and outspoken Memphis personality turned himself in August 27 on a contempt of court charge.
The charge came from when Brown got into a heated argument with a Juvenile Court Magistrate during a child custody hearing.
Shelby County Sheriff's Office said Brown left court according to schedule Tuesday morning.
