Body found in burning car identified by police

MEMPHIS, TN (WMC) - Memphis Police Department identified the man found dead in a burning car on Thursday night.
The body of Denair Love, 27, was found in a Dodge Charger on Hawkins Mill Drive near Point Church Road in the Raleigh area. The car was on fire.
After extinguishing the flames, investigators discovered Love's body in the passenger seat.
On Saturday, MPD said the death is being investigated as a homicide.
Officials have not yet said how the car caught fire.
