Man sentenced to 22 years in prison for stepfather's murder

(WMC) - Dwayne Moore, 21, will serve 22 years in prison with no parole for the shooting death of his 49-year-old stepfather, according to Shelby County District Attorney Amy Weirich.

Jimmy McClain's body was found in his home in the 7600 block of Cordova Club on Feb. 22, 2013. McClain was also an assistant basketball coach at Ridgeway High School.

Moore was convicted of second-degree murder in June. Moore's mother is McClain's ex-wife.
