(WMC) - WMC Action News 5 has learned that the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation has returned to the scene at Galilee Memorial Gardens.

Yellow crime scene tape surrounded the entire cemetery and the gates were locked. Monday night, the state appears to be pushing full throttle into their investigation.

At one point, it appeared that investigators were using a an in-ground penetrating radar on the land.

The gates of Galilee have been locked since January as the state investigates allegations of people buried in the wrong graves, on top of each other and on property not owned by the cemetery. The owner of the cemetery, Jemar Lambert, faces criminal charges.

Kelvin Johnson watched as several investigators along with a large TBI command center truck and a large Tennessee Federation of Fire Chaplains trailer sat in the cemetery where his entire family is buried.

"My loved ones is buried over there. They're not resting in peace, you of know, of course. If feel real bad about that," said Johnson. "I would like for them to get to the bottom of this."

Right now, it is not clear exactly what is going on at Galilee. A TBI spokesperson referred WMC Action News 5 to the state department that handles cemeteries. No one there was available to comment Monday evening.
