(WMC-TV) – Police say they've arrested the man behind a deadly shootout at a Waffle House late last Sunday night.

On American Way, just across the street from Waffle House, Janet Patino and her husband own and operate JJ's Graphic Design.

Their two young sons often spend afternoons and holidays at the office. The shootout has the family concerned.

"I was like, wow, that happened where we're at," said Patino. "Right across the street."

Three men were sitting in a parked car behind Waffle House. Two other men walked out of the restaurant and an argument broke out between the two groups.

The argument escalated into a gunfight between all five men. Police said 28-year-old Isaac Henderson was among the three men in the car. He was shot and later died at the hospital.

Investigators arrested Marlon Boyd for Henderson's death Wednesday. He's been charged with second degree murder and attempted second degree murder.

Boyd's being held on $2 million bond.

Police are still searching for another gunman in this case.
