Three lanes blocked, wreck causing delays on I-40 near Whitten and Appling

MEMPHIS, Tenn. (WMC) - Drivers were met with delays on Saturday after a wreck on Interstate 40 near the Whitten Road exit shut down three lanes.
Three out of four lanes were closed after a wreck occurred just after 3:53 p.m.
Traffic is moving slowly and authorities are on the scene.
