Collierville Police diverting traffic after multi-car crash

COLLIERVILLE, Tenn. (WMC) - The Collierville Police Department is on the scene of a multi-vehicle crash on Poplar Avenue and Houston Levee Road on Saturday.

Traffic is being diverted as crews work to clear the scene. Collierville Police said that the following lanes are impacted:

• Southbound Houston Levee Road: Traffic approaching Poplar Avenue is being diverted westbound onto Poplar Avenue.
• Eastbound Poplar Avenue: Traffic is currently stopped.
• Northbound Houston Levee Road: Traffic is being diverted eastbound onto Poplar Avenue.
• Westbound Poplar Avenue: Traffic is being diverted northbound onto Houston Levee Road

Drivers are asked to avoid the area, be mindful of emergency crews and use caution as they approach the intersection.
