MEMPHIS, Tenn. (WMC) -The regular season on Friday Football Fever is a wrap after Friday night’s games.
Our Game of the Week was one with huge stakes, as Lausanne and Northpoint Christian battled for the Division-II AA West District title and a #1 seed in the postseason.
The Trojans scored an early touchdown, but it was all Lynx from there. Lausanne wins in commanding fashion, 41-14, to clinch that region title and lock up a #1 seed.
Northpoint Christian will still be playoff bound next week despite the disappointing result.
Other games featured include:
- Fairley winning the Region 8 2A title with a 20-0 victory over MASE
- Briarcrest dominating MUS 46-7
- Melrose throttling East 64-0
