MEMPHIS, Tenn. (WMC) - Memphis could be the new home to a data hub centered around technology and artificial intelligence.
According to documents Action News 5 obtained, an AI Digital infrastructure company is poised to open a cutting-edge artificial intelligence data center at 4300 Getwell Road.
This development would mean that 5C will take over the former Fred’s headquarters this summer.
The data center is expected to create over 250 direct and indirect jobs in the Memphis area and is fueled by an investment of more than $500 million.
