Klondike Smokey Community hosting 10th Annual Foster Care Awareness Parade and Festival

MEMPHIS, Tenn. (WMC) - The Klondike Smokey Community Development Corporation will host a foster care awareness parade and festival on April 26.
The Digital Desk caught up with Quincey Morris, executive director of the corporation to discuss the event and to bring attention to the urgent need for foster parents in the community.
