Victim injured after shooting on West Hillview Drive, police say

MEMPHIS, Tenn. (WMC) - The Memphis Police Department is investigating a shooting that left one victim injured.
Around 8:27 p.m., officers responded to a shooting on West Hillview Drive near East Alcy Road.
When police arrived, they discovered that a victim had been shot.
The victim was transported to a nearby hospital in critical condition; one woman has been detained.
There is no other information at this time.
