MEMPHIS, Tenn. (WMC) - The Memphis Grizzlies have assigned GG Jackson to the Memphis Hustle in the G-League for practice sessions. Following the practices he will be recalled to the Grizzlies.
This marks a major step forward in Jackson’s recovery from foot surgery in September.
Jackson has ramped up his basketball activities recently. On Dec. 4, the Grizzlies announced that Jackson could return within six-to-eight weeks. Early January would put him at the 5-week mark meaning a return could come soon.
