MEMPHIS, Tenn. (WMC) - A lifelong Elvis fan who devoted her life to her church and community will have her wish granted when she visits Graceland on Tuesday.

Tonya Guy and her daughter Elizabeth Blackwell arrived at Memphis International Airport on Monday night from Augusta, Georgia.

That’s where Ms. Guy is currently in hospice care. A nonprofit called Twilight Wish Foundation learned of this Elvis fan’s dream to see Graceland and is making it come true!

“I love Elvis. To me, he never died. I listen to his music all the time,” said Guy.

As the Make a Wish Foundation does for seriously ill children, Twilight Wish Foundation fulfills the dreams of seniors over age 65 who cannot afford to make trips like this one.

Crescent Hospice of South Carolina also assisted in seeing Ms. Guy’s lifelong dream to see Graceland come true.

“I am super excited to share this with her and go see Elvis Presley’s Graceland and try out some barbecue while we’re here,” said Blackwell.
