Red Lobster closing dozens of locations

MEMPHIS, Tenn. (WMC) - You may have to kiss your cheddar bay biscuits goodbye because Red Lobster is abruptly closing at least 48 of its restaurants around the country.
This week, TAGeX Brands is conducting an online auction of Red Lobster kitchen equipment, furniture and other content at closing restaurants.
The food chain is also reportedly considering filing for bankruptcy protection.
There are three Red Lobster locations in the Mid-South area.
The location on Winchester Road is listed as “temporarily closed” on the restaurant’s website.
