Human remains identified as missing 65-year-old man, SCSO confirms

SHELBY COUNTY, Tenn. (WMC) - The Shelby County Sheriff’s Office has identified human remains that were found on Thursday, March 28.
According to SCSO, the Shelby County Medical Examiner’s Office has officially identified the remains as those of Larrie Maclin, 65, of Memphis.
Mr. Maclin was reported missing from Memphis on July 21, 2023.
No other information has been disclosed, but based on the preliminary information there is no suspicion of foul play.
