Woman critically injured in North Memphis shooting; 1 detained

MEMPHIS, Tenn. (WMC) - A woman is fighting for her life after a shooting Monday afternoon in the Hollywood area of North Memphis.
Memphis police were called to the scene in the 2200 block of Chelsea Avenue at 4:22 p.m.
From there, the victim was rushed to Regional One Hospital in critical condition. Police say they have one man detained at this time.
