Chief medical officers share signs and symptoms of sepsis

MEMPHIS, Tenn. (WMC) - September is sepsis awareness month, and Methodist Le Bonheur Healthcare is working to get the word out to the community on the symptoms and what to look out for.
Dr. Shailesh Patel, chief medical officer at Methodist Olive Branch Hospital, and Dr. Dale Criner, chief medical officer at Methodist Le Bonheur Germantown Hospital joined Action News 5′s Andrew Douglas at the digital desk to talk about not only who is most susceptible to sepsis, but also what people should do if they think they are septic.
