1 person dead following Sunday shooting

PARKIN, Ark. (KAIT) - Arkansas State Police are investigating a fatal Sunday shooting.
Cross County Sheriff David West said the shooting happened in Parkin on Aug. 20.
ASP confirmed Monday that 35-year-old Ivan Gardner suffered injuries and was taken to the hospital, where he later died.
An arrest has not been made at this point. ASP is investigating the shooting.
