MEMPHIS, Tenn. (WMC) - Memphis Mayor Jim Strickland joined Action News 5 in studio on Wednesday to discuss some major issues impacting the city.
Among topics Strickland spoke about with Kym Clark include the ongoing complaints with the bail system as well as how Memphis Police Department will be able to deal with juvenile curfew offenders.
