Report examines wage disparities among black women
MEMPHIS, Tenn. (WMC) - A new Harvard Business Review Analytic Services report is revealing how far companies have come and how far they still need to go to achieve pay equity.
Chief Belonging, Diversity & Equity Officer at UKG Brian Reaves and Melissa Thomas-Hunt, Professor at the University of Virginia’s Darden and Batten Schools, joined Action News 5′s Andrew Douglas at the digital desk to talk about the most compelling findings of the survey and what actions employers can take to achieve pay equity.
They also talked about how race and gender impact nay negotiations and self-advocacy
