Chief Belonging, Diversity & Equity Officer at UKG Brian Reaves and Melissa Thomas-Hunt, Professor at the University of Virginia’s Darden and Batten Schools, joined Action News 5′s Andrew Douglas at the digital desk to talk about the most compelling findings of the survey and what actions employers can take to achieve pay equity.
