MEMPHIS, Tenn. (WMC) - A UT Health Science Center spokesperson said they will not be commenting on the arrest of one of their faculty members who is facing a slew of charges after being found inside an apparent drug house.
Nine people were arrested Wednesday after executing a search warrant at a Parkway Village home on Ashwood Street.

Included in the drug bust was 53-year-old Georgi Petkov who is listed as the Chair of Pharmaceutical Sciences on the UTHSC website.
When Police arrived, a Jeep Cherokee registered in Petkov’s name was parked outside the home which had 3 syringes, 1 straw and 1 glass pipe inside.
