MEMPHIS, Tenn. (WMC) - The University of Oregon is another school taking a transfer portal hit, and it could have Memphis implications.

Forward Chandler Lawson puts his name in the pool.

The 6′8″ forward played for Hardaway at East High and on his Team Penny AAU Squad.

He won three state championships at East, and one at Wooddale, where his father is head coach.

Chandler started 11 games for the Ducks this season, who made it to the NCAA Elite 8.

His younger brother, Tennessee Mr. Basketball and Gatorade Player of the Year Johnathan Lawson, signed to join his brother at Oregon.

It remains to be seen if he’ll stay, now that his brother is set to go.
