Federal judge rules evictions can resume in west Tennessee

MEMPHIS, Tenn. (WMC) - A federal judge has ruled evictions can resume in west Tennessee.
In September, several local landlords sued the government saying the eviction halt order was unconstitutional.
On Monday, a judge ruled the CDC did not have the authority to enforce the order and it is not enforceable in west Tennessee.
