Tennessee Task Force 1 deploys to Louisiana for Hurricane Delta

PONCHATOULA, La. (WMC) - Tennessee Task Force 1 has deployed to Lousiana to assist in search and rescue efforts as Hurricane Delta nears the Gulf Coast.
The task force is made up of 80 first responders including firefighters, paramedics, doctors and engineers. The group will be stationed in Ponchatoula.
It is unclear how long the task force will be in Louisiana as they assist after the storm.
