Victims identified following Mississippi concert shooting, no arrests made

TATE COUNTY, Miss. (WMC) - We’ve learned the names of the two people killed in a shooting at a North Mississippi concert earlier this month.
The Panola County Coroner tells us 19-year-old Jasmine Bradshaw and 37-year-old Elvie Wilbourn of Como were killed in the gunfire.
It happened at an outdoor concert near the Tate County Line for Mid-South rapper “Big Boogie”.
District Attorney John Champion has not announced any arrests in the case.
