Oxford police, MBI investigating homicide

OXFORD, Miss. (WMC) - The Oxford Police Department is investigating after they found a person dead in the 1000 block of Suncrest.
Police responded to the location around 2 p.m. Sunday for an unresponsive person.
When officers arrived, they found one person dead.
This is being investigated as a homicide.
The Mississippi Bureau of Investigations has been called in to assist.
