MS National Guardsman shot, killed at Sardis gas station

SARDIS, Miss. (WMC) - The Panola County Sheriff’s Department is investigating after a deadly shooting took the life of one man at the Circle Z gas station Saturday morning.
Police identified the victim as Robert Roberson.
He was a member of Mississippi National Guard, who had returned from overseas in March.
Sheriff Dennis Darby says Roberson and the suspect knew each other and had an ongoing feud.
The suspect has been identified as Mark Burton.
He is expected in court Monday.
This is an ongoing investigation.
